We ship throughout the United States (50 States). Free Shipping is only available to United States shipping addresses in the 48 Continental United States. We do not deliver to Post Office Box addresses.
TERM OF FULFILLMENT
All merchandise purchased through this website are F.O.B. ("Freight on Board") at our fulfillment center. Title to the merchandise passes to you at the time of delivery by the fulfillment center to a common carrier.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
Squalo Divers, LLC will gladly refund the full purchase price less shipping charges (this also includes orders with FREE Shipping) for any product sent back for refund within 30 days of purchase, we will allow 60 days to return for store credit. All returns for refund or store credit must be new and unused, and include the original packaging and literature. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Bathing Suits, Books, CD’s, Classes, DVD’s, Gift Cards, Health Care, Scuba Tanks, Special Orders, Unused Rental Gear and used items are non-refundable. Sorry.
Dive and Snorkel Trips require 48 hours cancellation notice for Refund or Reschedule. Dive and Snorkel Trips are subject to forfeiture. There will be no refunds or store credit due to seasickness or bad visibility. Sorry.
EXCHANGE
Squalo Divers, LLC will gladly exchange within 60 days of purchase any product that is new and unused for another style, size, etc. All products must include original packaging and literature. Please specify which product you want in exchange. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Bathing Suits, Books, CD’s, Classes, DVD’s, Gift Cards, Health Care, Scuba Tanks, Special Orders, Unused Rental Gear and used items are non-refundable. Sorry.
DEFECTS
All purchased items are first quality direct from the manufacturer. We are an authorized dealer of every product we sell. Most items sold come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you believe that an item is defective, and needs repair or replacement, call or email us and we will work with you to help resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your merchandise simply fill out our Return Merchandise (RM) form included in your shipment, package the items securely and include the RM form along with a copy of the original invoice, and send it prepaid and insured to:

You should use a traceable method for shipping your merchandise back to us such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, USPS, etc. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
